Awesome recipe! This is excellent chili. I did make some changes while. I applied two (one big, 1 medium) purple conical sweet peppers, one Anaheim pepper, 1 Poblano pepper, and just one inexperienced Jalapeño pepper. I did not specifically evaluate all the spices so there is probably a little bit more of each in mine than exactly what the recipe
